Wholesale and custom project inquiries
This website presents wooden packaging and display products for business buyers. It does not provide retail checkout or a binding online price. A project quotation depends on the specifications, quantity, customization, delivery destination and agreed commercial terms.
Samples and product appearance
Sample development, fees and shipping are reviewed for each project. Natural wood grain, color and screen rendering may vary. Final materials, dimensions, construction and finish are governed by the approved sample and written order agreement. Product images identified as illustrative are design visualizations.
Production and delivery
Indicative standard sampling is 7–10 business days and production is 30–45 business days after design and payment confirmation, subject to the agreed project schedule. Custom requirements, transport costs and delivery arrangements are confirmed individually.
Inspection and issues
Inspection and protective packaging are part of the agreed order process. For a delivery issue, contact the team with your order number, photographs and affected quantity. Remedies follow the service terms confirmed between the parties.
Drawings and project materials
Submit only project materials you are authorized to share. Any confidentiality, intellectual-property and manufacturing rights must be agreed separately where needed.
