Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, business email, WhatsApp number, country or region, product interest and estimated quantity. Company name, customization requirements and a reference image or drawing are optional.
How inquiry information is used
Information is used to review your project, discuss specifications, prepare a quotation and communicate about sampling, production and delivery. Do not submit payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the website database and are available to authorized administrators. Uploaded inquiry drawings are stored privately and require an authenticated administrator to download. The team reviews the submitted project information to respond to your inquiry.
External services
WhatsApp and email links open external services under their own privacy terms. This site does not add advertising analytics or tracking pixels. Administrative access requires login cookies. Inquiry anti-spam protection uses a short-lived hashed network-address identifier.
